Live where the public evidence supports it.
Official live means BondStats parsed a public operator status statement. Schedule-derived means the current local time falls inside an operator-published normal operating window. Holidays, maintenance, extensions and incidents can override normal schedules. This tool maps financial infrastructure availability; it does not measure reserve balances and is not a settlement instruction or investment recommendation.
