Relationships are deliberately conservative.
V1.1 only exposes relationships supported by official PBoC, SAFE or Shanghai Clearing House material reviewed before this layer was built. Existing BondStats reference objects and URLs remain untouched. A relationship is omitted when its source basis has not yet been audited.
