What is Bull Power?
Bull Power is a momentum or oscillator concept used to transform recent price behavior into a measure of speed, direction, persistence or relative position within a recent range.
Bull Power matters because it gives analysts a consistent way to discuss momentum and oscillator analysis. Oscillators translate recent price behavior into bounded or comparative measures that can help identify acceleration, deceleration or stretched conditions.
How to read Bull Power
Read Bull Power together with trend, timeframe, volatility and market context. Its main role is momentum and oscillator analysis, not replacing the underlying price series.
What Bull Power does not tell you
Its bullish label refers to the conventional direction associated with the formation; it is not a guarantee that price will rise. Parameter choices, timeframe and data quality can materially change the result.
Use in bonds, rates and macro markets
They should be interpreted with the underlying instrument, liquidity and macro regime in mind rather than used as isolated bond-market forecasts.
Technical chart structures are context, not certainty. BondStats does not present a candlestick, drawing tool, indicator reading or chart pattern as a standalone investment recommendation. Where a concept depends on discretionary anchors or parameter choices, those choices should be made explicit.
