The Machine is an institutional transmission map. It does not invent a single synthetic “China score” and it does not imply that every connection is mechanical. Instead, it shows where policy instruments, balance sheets, markets and cross-border controls meet, then points users to the official institutions that publish the underlying information.
Official data first.
Monetary-policy mechanisms are anchored to PBoC material; cross-border and foreign-exchange channels to SAFE; fiscal channels to official government and Ministry of Finance material; market plumbing to official or market-infrastructure sources. Existing BondStats China monitors remain separate live-data products rather than being duplicated here.
