Terms of Use
These terms apply to use of BondStats websites, tools, analytical interfaces, datasets and research materials. BondStats is an independent informational and research platform and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the central banks, government agencies, statistical authorities or other source institutions cited on the site.
1. Informational use
BondStats content and analytical outputs are provided for informational and research purposes only. They do not constitute investment, legal, accounting, tax or regulatory advice. Users remain responsible for verifying information against original sources before relying on it for decisions.
2. Third-party data
Underlying observations supplied by third parties remain subject to the rights, licences, attribution requirements and other terms of their original publishers. BondStats does not grant or imply a licence to third-party observations. The original publisher's terms control where they differ from BondStats terms.
3. FRED® API-powered features
Some BondStats features obtain or process data through the FRED® API. By using any BondStats feature that uses the FRED® API, you agree to be bound by the FRED® API Terms of Use in addition to these BondStats Terms of Use. Access through FRED® does not override copyrights, restrictions or permission requirements of third-party owners of individual series. Users must comply with the rights and restrictions applicable to the underlying series.
BondStats does not use the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis logo and does not state or imply Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis endorsement, recommendation or certification.
4. BondStats-authored material
Unless expressly stated otherwise, BondStats-authored explanatory text, original analysis, proprietary indicators, methodology, interface design and original selection or arrangement of data are © BondStats Ltd. Ordinary linking and factual citation are permitted; systematic extraction, white-label republication, resale or bulk redistribution of the BondStats-authored layer requires prior written permission.
5. Data changes and availability
Source observations may be delayed, revised, corrected or discontinued, and external APIs may change without notice. BondStats does not warrant uninterrupted availability or that any dataset is complete, current or error-free.
6. No endorsement
Names of public institutions and data publishers are used only to identify provenance. Attribution does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, certification, partnership or affiliation.
